Excellent Service! I called the service department when I had an issue with my car last Friday & Tim Christ took care of me . Disappointed I made my appointment a week or 2 earlier, had a scheduled oil change tire rotation and wanted a sensor changed in my front tire. The Absulute best Vehicle purchasing experience of my life My search for a vehicle began in August of 2019. I visited 22 car dealerships in Cook, Will, Grundy, and DuPage County! I signed up for Cargus and My search for a vehicle began in August of 2019. I visited 22 car dealerships in Cook, Will, Grundy, and DuPage County! I signed up for Cargus and trucar. My email, texts, and phone blew up! I got a very nice email from Todd at Hawk Chevy ! I explained to Todd my situation and what I was looking for . I was never hounded 24/7 by Hawk internet or Todd! I was by the other 21 dealerships! They did not even have the vehicle I was looking for ! My lease was coming due on my Chevy Trax and my personal work car was not very comfortable. I had leased a vehicle through Hawk Chevy in Joliet in the past. So I knew it was a very experience , however my sales rep when I leased the other car was no longer working there. I had no loyalty to Hawk ! I will now !! I met Todd Anderko at Hawk Chevy . He would be my sales rep ! I did not know him at all. I met the Sales Manager. Mark! I spent two hours talking to these gentlemen before we even discussed buying or leasing a car ! They let me see how good they were with people ! I told them my situation. Everyone has their own ! Finally I told them I found the vehicle I wanted at Hawk in Bridgeview and another dealer. We spent 2 more hours talking about the pick up I wanted ! They explained everything crystal clear and honestly ! I know this because I had done my home work from August 9th though last October 2019. Hawk closes at 9pm that 1st night,, we were still talking in the store at 10:45 pm!! I left as I had work the next day , I put $100 down to hold that truck and see if they would move it from Bridgeview to Joliet! Then my brother got sick and I could not get back to the dealership ! I called Todd told him what was going on and to sell the truck if he could! He had deep concern and passion for my family and brother ! He told me, no worries , you take care of your brother and family. We will not sell the truck! I had already been given an unreal rock bottom out the door price ! And a price for my trade in that was above fair ! Hawk was true to their word ! So I would be! I got back in town and went to Hawk to meet Todd! His first question ?? How is your brother ? Wow !! The Sales Manager Mark come over and asked about my brother ! Not about me buying the truck !! I told them get the finance manager ! Will case over and he explained everything so clearly ! There was no doubts before going I to the finance office ! Oh and the two gentlemen in finance ! The best! In fact I had an error, my fault! And they had to reprint everything twice! Again I was there a long time ! But not the fault of Hawk Chevy ! I liked being there! The people there are incredible ! But I truly cannot say enough positive things about my rep.!! Todd Anderko! He is a man above men! And Mark! What a professional ! I'm still more in awe over my experience of buying a vehicle then the vehicle I got! Which I love ! 36 yrs of being a GM owner and now I will continue to be with Hawk Chevy in Joliet ! More
