Horrible customer service and damaged my brand new 10” Tahoe I brought my Tahoe in for a regular oil change and tore rotation only to come back and find my brand new Tahoe scratches down to the metal. The worst I brought my Tahoe in for a regular oil change and tore rotation only to come back and find my brand new Tahoe scratches down to the metal. The worst part of all of this is the service employees rushed me out and tried to get by thinking I wouldn’t notice/ very unprofessional. Luckily they take photos of your whole vehicle before the service appointment and they were able to see that the gauge was not there when I dropped my vehicle off. we are 2 days away from them having my vehicle for 2 weeks to fix their mistake and I have yet to hear one word from them ! Never ever will go back. More
