Sloppy work Brought my car in to have my bumper replaced. At pick up there was a scratch and a paint run and the bumper wasn’t properly aligned. After repairing t Brought my car in to have my bumper replaced. At pick up there was a scratch and a paint run and the bumper wasn’t properly aligned. After repairing their mistakes to the new bumper my car was delivered to our house and the paint was bubbled where the scratch was repaired. Does no one check their work? The car was dropped off at Hawk Saturday September 7th for work to begin on Monday the 9th. It is now September 20th and my car is still at the dealership. No word on the status. Payment in full was made at the original pickup on the 7th. We do have a loaner car. More

Repair of rust factory defect Over 3 years, rust spot developed inside the passenger side wheel well, visible when you opened the back passenger side door. Subaru paid for repair, Over 3 years, rust spot developed inside the passenger side wheel well, visible when you opened the back passenger side door. Subaru paid for repair, as well as la new cross trek loaner car and gave me back my car like it was new! Completely detailed! They even cleaned my seats. Been a Subaru owner since 1883 and will continue Not sure which Justin at Hawk got this taken care of, but he got it taken care of and then some! More
