Treated well, but visit was to correct oil change mistake. Appreciated the prompt service and extra effort provided by you folks. However, the reason for my visit was to correct an oil leak caused by improper Appreciated the prompt service and extra effort provided by you folks. However, the reason for my visit was to correct an oil leak caused by improper installation of an oil filter during a routine oil change. This resulted in the loss of considerable oil. I was lucky to notice the oil puddle where I usually perk the car, apparently before much more than a quart was lost, and your service people feel no damage was done. So far, so good. This does make it difficult to determine what sort of rating you deserve, but I guess I will stick with you a while longer. Keep trying. John Cryder More
