This is the first time for to have something fixed. We had to replace the timing chain and a few other things. Angus Cho was our contact in Service. Angus was on top of everything. He called me during the whole process with updates. He even arranged a loaner for me to drive when the car needed another day for the repairs to be completed. I took my vehicle in at 7:00 a.m. and they worked on it to find the problem but it didn’t duplicate the problem. By 5 p.m. that day I was headed back North.
