Bad customer service / long wait time Arrived at 12:15pm for a 12:30pm appt. for a simple oil change. Promised car to be done within 1 hour. I waited over 2 hours. During the 2 hour and 1 Arrived at 12:15pm for a 12:30pm appt. for a simple oil change. Promised car to be done within 1 hour. I waited over 2 hours. During the 2 hour and 15 min wait I witnessed 4 employees bouncing a ball just outside the service bay, also a customer who waited approximately 7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged he was there. Offered a $25 discount on my next service with a request for a rating if 10 in customer service. Service is like this every time I have been there. More
