Off sight repairs Well thank goodness, for extended warranty. Again, I had to have my Dodge Caravan, sent out for repairs. I did get a wonderful loaner for my large family. Only problem, when I went to check my oil, same night. My oil dip stick, was missing. After two days of trying to get repair location to look for it, Angus ordered me a new one. Simple answer to this problem, service person, that worked on my Van, wasn't paying much time, in the right thing to do, or the manager, at repair location, take the time, to give a crap. More
