Bad Experience Called to schedule service last Thursday and Friday. Both times forwarded to a voicemail where I was told to leave a message and someone would call me Called to schedule service last Thursday and Friday. When I called a 3rd time this week I was sent to same voicemail. I called back and told the receptionist to not forward me again that I needed to speak to a live body. I dropped the car off. The told me it would take 1 hour and they will call me to pick it up. After 3 hours I called after I hadn’t heard from anyone. Once again sent to a voicemail. Called back and they got me the person who took care of me when I came in. I explained I was leaving work and needed to know if I can come get my car since it now has been almost 4 hours. Lady told me she had to go look and would call me in 15 minutes. 40 minutes later after not ever getting a call back I called and talked to someone else who told me the car had actually been done for about 3 hours. When I came in to pick my vehicle up I stood at the counter for 20 minutes with workers walking around and never asking to help me. It took me going up to someone who was just chatting with a co worker to get help I have bought many Chevy vehicles over the years at this location including 3 corvettes and multiple vehicles for the business I own. I have never had service like this and if this is any indication of the way service will be going forward I will take my business elsewhere. While I was there I talked to service manager and he told me he heard others had same problem. And he would look into it. More

Was taken care before my car was even in the shop Was kept in formed about everything that was wrong, dealt with one person the whole time, no automated calls.
