Warranty work gets out on the back burner! Brought my car in which is under warranty for a check engine light issue. Then less than a week later it came on again. The second repair took them al Brought my car in which is under warranty for a check engine light issue. Then less than a week later it came on again. The second repair took them almost a week to complete. On my invoice it said 2 hrs labor and the part was a special order. I feel the paying customers get priority because the dealer doesn't make money on warranty work. I understand people get busy but I don't think it should take that long to get the part. More
