Not impressed I made the deal over the phone , that was very helpful , about noon . We arrived right on time and was greeted with are you the guy with the $20200. for the traverse , yes we are , great will get you taken care of . The salesman was not the one I talked to but he was helpful until he tried to have me pay the wrong amount , an additional $1500 he said I didn't pay the deposit they had on record . There was no talk about the $1500 on the phone at all . Had to wait for approval to correct paper work . Then he says we will locate the car , you don't have it ready , no . They bring the car up for us to look over and it hasn't been detailed yet , very dirty . So we test drive and that's ok , so we go back in to get things finalized and that takes an hour waiting , we are paying cash mind you . Then we have to wait another hour for the car to be cleaned up , we left at 8:30 pm that night and I drove 2.5 hours to get there , so was 11 pm when home . To say the least I was not impressed . the car must not have even been checked over as when I got home I noticed the radio antenna was missing on top of the car . More
