The previous oil change took over 3hrs and I mentioned that when making this appointment and it did not matter; also, when I mentioned this while making the appointment, all I received was a “yeah, we’re slammed in the morning” and was advised to make a late morning/afternoon appt- I did that and it only shaved off an hour. I just don’t understand how an oil change can take that long. I actually put off getting my oil changed just because of how long it takes and the inconvenience of trying to block out 2-3hrs of a day while both my husband and I work and have 2 small children at home. More
