We originally went to Bill Jacobs to drive a used SRX and James Wolff helped us out and was very professional as well as very knowledgeable about the vehicle and not AT ALL pushy which we really liked!! However, we did not buy a vehicle that day, (and NEVER felt pressured to do so) then over the next few weeks we drove many other vehicles and decided we loved the SRX and decided to look at new instead of used, so the decision was easy...go see James Wolff!!! We went online Friday night and researched the ones they had on the lot and picked a few we wanted to see on Saturday. When we arrived they were very busy, and right away Jason greeted us and asked how he could help, we explained why we were there and that we wanted to talk to James, who was busy, but Jason right away got Shawn to help us out until James was free. Another very knowledgeable person who took the time to go over all the different options of the SRX"s. We picked one out, thanked Shawn for his time and shortly we were on our test drive with James. We instantly "loved" the SRX!! We came back and shortly we had a great deal on a new SRX! Thanks James and everyone else who helped make the deal, we couldn't be happier! From start to finish everyone there was very professional and helpful, they made us feel like "part of the family". More

"Melinda" to be Kind in addition to all those other qualities!! All Sales Reps. are suppose to demonstrate their professionalism and display courteous behavior; but Melinda is genuine. I worked for the State of Illinois/IDES for 41 years in various positions dealing with the Public and Department heads and I find myself to be a good judge of Character. I am sure your other Sales Reps. are also good ; but I was fortunate enough to get a recommendation from my brother. That was a compliment as well because my big brother Carl will not recommend anyone to his sales representatives unless he feels they are suitable and creditable!! The Dealership was very well maintained in the areas that I visited including the womens restroom and the Service area! Felt very welcomed at the dealership. Being young they were the only dealership I went to that took me seriously. During the process we had some inconveniences with the bank but everything was fixed. After recently totaling my Silverado I was in need of a new vehicle. I went back to Bill Jacobs looking for another truck, unfortunately they didn't have anything used in my price range. Which wasn't a bad thing, the selection they had was super clean newer trucks that were fully loaded with low miles, they were just a little more than I was wanting to spend. We then moved over to the used car section and found a 2012 Malibu that was about 20 bucks more a month than my truck was, but only had six thousand miles one it, absolutely nothing wrong with that. The car pretty much sold itself, very clean, very comfortable, great gas mileage. After the test drive I went and filled out the necessary paperwork and was out in about an hour, even got the Tire, Wheel, and Windshield protection added without increasing my monthly payments. I am incredibly pleased with Bill Jacobs and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car without being pushed around by aggressive salesmen telling you what you can't have. More
