The communication with Tom and I was superb, he was very upfront about the vehicle in question and answered the questions I had. He was able to show the car to my brother who lives much closer than I do. A couple of days later I drove to dealership to make the purchase, it was a very nice experience, not pushy and the staff super friendly.
