I went to that dealership to buy a 2013 Chevy Malibu. The person who helped me was Eric Jones- I highly recommend him. He went over every single option with me. He was not pushy like most of the sales people are. He knew every little detail about the cars we were looking at. He was very patient with me, for a few hours I couldn't decide which car to get and he helped me make the best decision I could have ever made. I love my car! The financing part wasn't stressful at all either. Everything was done in a timely fashion. I definitely recommend going to this dealership and make sure you ask for Eric Jones. On August 8, 2012, my car was in an accident, and I need to buy a new car. I was not prepare for the "car buying experience." And, I did not look forward to purchasing a new car. I called Bill Jacobs because I wanted to purchase from a local dealer. I spoke with Johnathan Forkal on the phone serveral time before coming into the dealership. From the first phone call, he treated me like a friend and made the entire car buying experience a postive rather than a negative one. He knew my price range and recommended a car with the features and quality I wanted without any pressure to consider a car that would push me out of the price range. By the time I purchased my new Equinox on August 31, 2012, we felt like we made a friend. I was in the market to trade down to an older car but a bit bigger. Wasn't sure "what" I was looking for. I had a 2010 HHR. We were empty nesters, but both had just moved back home and one with a newborn. bit bigger. Wasn't sure "what" I was looking for. I had a 2010 HHR. WE stopped by on Friday night-not knowing it was backyard tent sale time. My husband spotted something he thought I might like. Took a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica Limited for a little test drive. Initial salesperson never called me back. I texted, emailed and called with no response. Thought about it over the weekend. Thought...if the car was still there, I would give this another shot. We had stopped in there about 3 weeks earlier-looking for an older used car to buy our son, but they didn't have anything on the lot we thought wouls suit our 20 year old in a reasonable/cash price range, but Lil Joe was who we had dealt with on that visit so I thought I would call him now. (Monday). He answered the phone right away. After telling him what I was looking at-said he would find out and call me back. The car was still there. To make a long story short, he and I talked several times throughout the day. I picked the car up to run a few errands while my HHR was being appraised. We spoke a minimum of six times over the phone. He followed through with everything he said he would do and then some. He is one of the most pleasant, fun, down-to-earth sales people I have ever dealt with. I actually had a GREAT time visiting with him. It was more than "just a deal". I feel like I got to know him a little bit-and I was treated very fairly. He has a cute smile and would recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you Lil Joe-for all you did for me today-making it such a pleasure to purchase a car. I am 47 years old-and for the first time in buying probably 10-12 cars in my lifetime, I did not walk out of a dealership mad or made to feel like my sale didn't matter. More
