I bought my 2006 Malibu maxx from James Wolf. The guy did everything flawlessly. It was like watching an artist that was in the "zone". From the first conversation I had with Diego he was very interested in what I wanted and pursued it as well as other options to give me the best vehicle ever. What started out as an inquiry for a 2010 Cadillac ended up as a lease on a new 2012 Cadillac , he and Josh Casey worked magic to get me a car I did not think I could ever afford...they were diligent in pursuing options that were available to me to help me get what I wanted. They were both so friendly & concerned about my comfort while I was waiting for the appraisal on my trade in as well as waiting on the paperwork to be finalized, they made me feel that they wanted to put me in this vehicle under terms that I could afford, they made it all seem so simple and they both truly care about giving good customer service and that's the name of the game....Customer Service is important! I will definitly recommed Diego to anyone I know that will be looking for a new car, he is a true, caring professional! Diego Rivera is no ordinary car salesman. From the moment I walked in the door he was friendly, courteous and helpful. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and can honestly say he's the best. He didn't get impatient when I couldn't decide which interior I wanted. He found exactly the car I wanted on the lot, it had just come in and wasn't even listed in the inventory yet, so kudos to Diego for going the extra mile there. Then, when I decided to test drive the car we left the dealership and since my husband was home, not feeling too well, I said that I wouldn't be able to finalize the deal until I was sure he liked the car too. No problem! Diego said let's go to your house and show it to him. Well, I said I live almost 30 miles away and he didn't hesitate...he told me to go for it. 30 minutes later we were almost to my house when my hubby called and said what's for dinner? Since I was all wrapped up in car buying I didn't know what to do about that and Diego said let's go to the grocery store and get him a roast chicken. So away we went to our local grocery, which is another five miles out of the way. Finally we arrived at my house and the husband loved the car. He talked to Diego about the bottom line, what he was willing to pay, etc. and that if Diego could work that miracle the car was ours. Off we went back to Bill Jacobs Cadillac and sure enough Diego gave us a ridiculous price out the door. Amazing! No haggling! By this time it was 8:30 p.m. and Diego rushed my new Caddy through the prep stages and by 9 p.m. we were on our way back home with Diego and his brother following so that we could get my old vehicle and my new vehicle both back home. Long story short, this experience was so much fun. I love Diego and his brother Noel is a sweetheart too. Please don't hesitate to give Diego a chance to sell you a car. He's a great guy. I have been to a lot of car dealers but Jim was the best one. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable! Most car dealers you can easily tell just want your money and pressure you, but Jim respected my nee one. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable!
