It was easy to make an appointment, a service person greeted us immediately, everything was explained before we retired to the waiting area, I got a nifty little video from the person doing the actual greeted us immediately, everything was explained before we retired to the waiting area, I got a nifty little video from the person doing the actual work, and the findings were thoroughly explained at checkout. The guy that handled my case was amazing, but as far at the men that worked on my car (not sure who) they washed it and it looked like it rained all over it .
