The service team did a great job changing my oil as always but also found the problem we asked them to look at and made sure it was fixed the right way and covered by the warranty, going back and forth always but also found the problem we asked them to look at and made sure it was fixed the right way and covered by the warranty, going back and forth with the warranty company to make sure it was fixed properly. I showed up about 15 mins early for my 11 appt. Took about 3 hrs for my car to be done for a simple oil change and inspection. The car is brand new only had it for 2 months. I got 2 more free oil chan about 3 hrs for my car to be done for a simple oil change and inspection. The car is brand new only had it for 2 months. I got 2 more free oil changes for it and now I know to not plan on doing anything but sitting there for awhile. : ( More

I had an oil change scheduled for 9:00am this past Saturday (5/8/21) and was there for 2-1/2 hours! You either over-scheduled or were short-staffed or both! I have NEVER had to wait that long!
