The service team itself are very polite and helpful. I never had an issue with bringing in any of my cars and getting a problem fixed and the service failing. I have brought in my 2013 SRX, 2015 CTS and 2 never had an issue with bringing in any of my cars and getting a problem fixed and the service failing. I have brought in my 2013 SRX, 2015 CTS and 2016 Escalade ESV. I’ve had work done on all of them and they all are perfect fly fine. Cons: Getting multiple texts to leave this review for starters. There’s a shortage of loaner vehicles, or when I bring my 7 passenger Escalade, I get a 5 passenger vehicle. It doesn’t work for my family. Also, being that this is a Cadillac/Chevy combo dealer, and I preface this by saying I’m being kinda snobby here, but the people bringing in their chevy’s for service are always on the Cadillac waiting side. More
I had an oil change scheduled for 9:00am this past Saturday (5/8/21) and was there for 2-1/2 hours! You either over-scheduled or were short-staffed or both! I have NEVER had to wait that long!
