My service representative was excellent. He was very helpful in relaying the reason for delays in the service. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars had nothing to do with him. Service department tried to scam me for $5000 for a new transmission for my 2020 Malibu. Took my car to a transmission shop And it was 2 quarts low. Car runs snd drives as a car with 890 miles should. What transmission for my 2020 Malibu. Took my car to a transmission shop And it was 2 quarts low. I was charged for 5 quarts of CVT fluid. I would of been happy if they charged me for the extra 2 that completed the job. More

I arrived at 8:30 for an 8:45 oil change appointment and didn't leave until 11:15. Completely unacceptable. Sitting in the lounge with the other customers, all with the same angered looks on our faces, we started swapping war stories. It seems this is the reputation you've built. It has happened to me before this visit but I assure you it won't happen again. I was the the last of my lounge comrades to leave and I'm sure the service writers had their fill of complaints by then. Mine told me they had a few call offs and the dealership was short handed.
