I brought my car in for 2 things. To have a key and fob made and reprogrammed and to replace a molding that was ordered for the passenger seat. Always have a good experience with the Hawk service department. Vehicle was taken at the appointment time and returned as promised. Very happy with the service department. There was a little confusion upon my arrival at the dealership which I guess can be blamed on the being the first appointments of the day.
