Had my car in for 1st oil change and tire rotation. Service department personnel were very friendly and courteous. Explained what would be done and how long it would take. Also got a free car wash. My car was towed to the Hawk Collision Center for repairs. I met Don Sorensen there to discuss the repairs. His first concern was the condition of my wife who had minor injuries. His crew started rep repairs. I met Don Sorensen there to discuss the repairs. His first concern was the condition of my wife who had minor injuries. His crew started repairs within a couple of days. Don worked with my adjuster to make sure all the necessary repairs were completed with original equipment in a timely manner. He found some hidden damage and brought it to the attention of the adjuster. When the car was returned to me, it looked like a new car. I couldn't be any happier with the service I got from Don and his crew. More

Flexible, the associate texted me and gave me options about the service I needed to have done. I didn’t want to be late for work I dropped me vehicle off first thing in the morning.
