They don’t communicate very well. I went in for an oil change and my car was damaged. I didn’t work til the next day and when I came outside I was missing a side mirror cover and my c I went in for an oil change and my car was damaged. I will check my car before I leave each time now I learned my lesson but after an investigation we found the damage was done there so they offered to order the part and fix it .. it’s been 2 weeks and no one has reached out to me. I have to call them. The part has been there and no one told me so now I have to wait another week for it to be painted and put on. How sad and I am looking to purchase a new SUV. This is not the kind of service I was expecting. I have had repairs done here before and no issues. Not sure what is going on now. Talked to bill Webb and he sounded annoyed with me and said he was trying to call me which was a lie because he didn’t reach out to me until I called and left the girls a message for him and he had an attitude the whole conversation. More
