Ms. Sirek, I am sorry to hear your visit didn't go as you expected. I do see you had an 8:30 appointment and arrived on time. you were scheduled for a oil change and tire rotation and 2 warranty repairs as well. the rear license plate light had fallen out and ws not working as well as an issue with rear view camera. We did not find a problem with the rearview camera after we check it over and was working the day you were here. We did replace the lamp assembly and both burned out bulbs. The lamp assembly was not in stock and we picked it up from another dealership to complete the repair for you. ll three repairs should have been completed by noon on that Saturday. we also should have communicated with you much better than we did. Please let me apologize for the lack of communication and not getting the work done in a timely manner. I am still looking into why your car was not completed sooner. if I find any more information I will let you know. Our normal oil change and tire rotation takes about an hour and includes a multi point inspection and car wash (weather permitting). if there is anything else I can assist you with please call or email me anytime.
