Hawk Chevrolet of Joliet - Service Center

Oil change took 8 hours. It was a scheduled appointment at 8am and I did not get the car back until 3:30pm. I will not be returning, this has happened one other time at this facility so this is clearly the at 8am and I did not get the car back until 3:30pm. I called for an update as to when my car would be finished since they originally told me no more than 2-3 hours, I called after not receiving a call at the 4 hour mark. I was told they would call me back, they did not. I called at the 6 hour mark and they said they were going to begin the oil change. It was another 2 1/2 hours before I was able to pick it up. In the meantime I brought my husbands car for an oil change at Meineke which took 25 minutes at most. Completely unacceptable. More

I made an appointment online for my vehicle's 12-month routine maintenance. Printed out the appointment, merely because I normally have some issue practically every time I visit. Glad I did have the printout to prove I had an appointment, because their computer did not have my appointment listed. So, they took me in anyway. All went well, with the exception that their carwash was down for maintenance. This is the second time in a row they did not give my vehicle the free carwash. Both times the carwash has been down for maintenance. The service advisor was friendly and professional, apologizing for their computer system and car wash unavailability. Regarding the carwash, better would have been to offer the free carwash at a later date, when it's working. Overall, this visit was ok, but imperfect. Had their computer system and carwash been working properly, would have given 5 stars. More

This was my second time using Hawk Subaru for servicing my 2014 Crosstrek and both times the service has been excellent!
