I went in for a check engine light at 37,000 miles. They said I’d have to consent to $158 service fee. They told me my truck which is diesel had a glow plug that was working but not communicating to the co said I’d have to consent to $158 service fee. They told me my truck which is diesel had a glow plug that was working but not communicating to the computer. So I needed a computer update. The update was 9/09/20. I was in on 9/29/20 for a glow plug and never received the update. Now I go in on 11/16/20 for another check engine light and now have to pay $158 for a problem that my truck was already in for while my truck was under warranty. At 37,000 miles seems like they should have worked with me, instead the service manager said my case was an anomaly. Very upsetting to say the least. More
