Very disappointing overall customer service. Had to wait 10 days for scheduled appointment, then another 2.5 hours onsite. Usually nothing but good things. I went to pick up my car and return loaner. I had received text and voicemail messages saying my car is ready. When I get there I find there was a problem with transmission a and return loaner. I had received text and voicemail messages saying my car is ready. When I get there I find there was a problem with transmission and that it was fixed and that I also have $100.00 deductible to pay. I asked why wasn’t I told of this, the service manager says well we talked about if it was something that wasn’t covered. I STILL say I should have been informed of problem being found, and fixed and me paying for something I knew nothing about. I was able to put on my credit card, but if that wasn’t an option. I feel she should OWN her mistakes of not keeping me informed, and especially that I had to pay!! More
