Did not receive vehicle inspection report. We took our vehicle in for extended warranty repairs. One repair was resolved but not for long. The other issue was not resolved. This is the second week in a row our vehicle is in for service. After the first repair of the ac it stopped working after a few days. We took it back and another leak was found. I took my Subaru to Hawk for routine maintenance because I bought it from them and prefer to have my vehicles dealer serviced. Being the first oil change on my Subaru they didn’t even charge for it, which i I bought it from them and prefer to have my vehicles dealer serviced. Being the first oil change on my Subaru they didn’t even charge for it, which is fantastic! I paid only $20 for a tire rotation. It took an hour and a half, which is typical for a dealership, and always slightly annoying. Everyone was very nice and very personable but I did have one issue, and to me not a small one. From the service writers, to the sales people walking around inside, to the ladies at the parts counter, to the techs going between service and parts, not a SINGLE mask or face covering of any kind, not ONE. The only masks I saw at Hawk were on customers. At least they had some respect for the health of others. More
