It took a long time to get an appointment, once I got my vehicle in for service I was specific about what I wanted done (no extras) and clarified the price with the service technician before leaving. When I came to pick my vehicle up the price was higher than I was quoted, the technician didn’t come up to talk to me when there was a problem he just told the other technician over the phone that more work was done, I was never called for approval on more work. Tim was kind enough to fix the issue with pricing. Upon leaving I noticed that they never cleared the error code from my dashboard and I had to return and wait for 20 more minutes while they took it back into the shop to clear the code. More

Hawk serviced my 2015 challenger and honored their salesman’s pledge to fix an issue with the door a few months after purchase, they also fixed a recall item with the radio as a courtesy.
