The major problem wasn’t addressed The truck came in with three issues the easiest issue was repaired. The major problem issues that is in the rear end still exist and has to be repaire The truck came in with three issues the easiest issue was repaired. The major problem issues that is in the rear end still exist and has to be repaired at a different dealer at later date. Usually, I am informed by the service the department progress or problems with my vehicle. I had to call to find the truck was completed and they could not locate the problem in the rear end. I was offered to ride with the technician to locate problem and was told during this time of COVIC this can be accommodated. This is understandable however 20 minutes later after the truck rear end was warm same problem. The flasher that was out wasn’t addressed at all. More

I hate bringing my car to service here. Not friendly people and never have Courtesy cars available. Took forever to get rims fixed. They refurbished rims and they look like crap. Like someone spray pain people and never have Courtesy cars available. Took forever to get rims fixed. They refurbished rims and they look like crap. Like someone spray painted them in a garage. Then couldn’t schedule a new appointment until 1 week because of no courtesy car available. It honestly seemed like no one wanted to help just take my money and move on. More
