Slow & Unsafe Scheduled an appointment for a 10:30am oil change a week ago. A gentlemen that did NOT have an appointment came in just after me and was out 30 mins. Didn't pull out of the lot until 12:17pm. Also, my passenger's side mirror was folded in by the people that did the service. It was NOT returned to where it should have been, and I was permitted to leave the lot like this. A major safety problem that was created by the staff and NOT corrected. The clown that I spoke to on the phone implied that it was my fault because I didn't check my mirrors before leaving. Why would I check my mirrors if I didn't touch them in the fist place?! Great leadership & way to accept responsibility for your terrible service. Also, he was rude and constantly interrupted me and I could barely get word in. Wish I knew his name because I would leave it here. Another gentlemen called back and was much more helpful and even offered a $25 gift card on my next service, but I doubt I'll come back. Great job messing up a simple oil change, guys! More
I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Those seem to have been executed well.
