Friendly and nice people. I went only for oil. Change. Checked in at 2:15 and was told it would be ready by 3:15 and was about that time.as I was near my home several miles away I noticed the oil monitor Checked in at 2:15 and was told it would be ready by 3:15 and was about that time.as I was near my home several miles away I noticed the oil monitor had not been reset. I slept on it and this morning with Manuel in hand I was able to get it reset so no problem. More

I was charged double the price for the same service as what I received from two other area Mazda dealers. It does not make sense. I was not told about your move to Shorewood from Joliet when I scheduled m what I received from two other area Mazda dealers. It does not make sense. I was not told about your move to Shorewood from Joliet when I scheduled my appointment. I went to Joliet and the place was shut down. At Shorewood, the staff people were very nice and we enjoyed some coffee and a muffin-thank you! More

Quoted $49.95 oil change. Picked it up and was told my bill was $70. I asked why and I was told I used too many quarts of oil. Cashier or whoever was processing my payment didn’t say anything and adjusted bill was $70. I asked why and I was told I used too many quarts of oil. Cashier or whoever was processing my payment didn’t say anything and adjusted it down to $62. I asked why and she said she didn’t know why it was written up that way. I’m getting very tired of a very pricey oil change. Own too many Chevy vehicles for way too long to get the run around. I’m definitely going to look for another place for a routine oil change. More
