2 Recalls and investigate broken rear glass window for 2015 My initial appointment was after contacting GM about the rear window on my 2015 Silverado shattering for no reason and GM said to make appointment wit My initial appointment was after contacting GM about the rear window on my 2015 Silverado shattering for no reason and GM said to make appointment with nearest dealer so they can troubleshoot and they would work with me to get the window fixed ASAP. I called Hawk and they told me to come right in which was appreciated. I explained I also had a recall I would like taken care of and they looked it up and noticed there was a 2nd recall for my truck which was also appreciated. I was told recalls would take 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Just over 3 hours later the service technician called me and said truck was done and asked me to sign paperwork. He explained about both recalls being taken care of, once again much appreciated. I asked What they found out about my back window as the service technician Said oh, it’s broken! I laughed at first and then asked if they found anything? He replied with the window is clearly broken and he didn’t know why as he looked through paperwork. He mentioned he didn’t wash the truck because he didn’t want the window to fall out!!! Service manager Shaun comes over and I explained again why I brought the truck in to have Window inspected for why the window broke for no reason (and wasn’t using rear defogger Not that that should matter). Shaun looked At me and said widow is clearly shattered and broken and he had no way of figuring out how it broke. I explained again the initial purpose of visit was to trouble shoot the broken window which GM instructed me to do. Shaun replies with He can’t tell how the window broke. I explained I wasn’t very happy with that Answer/service as I specifically explained I needed to get window fixed so I could drive my truck. I mentioned there were several complaints online with the same issue of back windows shattering and that there was a possible defect. I would totally understand if wheel fell off, it’s a moving part but not a fixed window breaking. I asked how much new window would cost, he didn’t know?? Once again had my truck for 3 hours. Shaun Then goes to computer and starts researching how much a new back window would cost and he hands me a paper saying window costs $950 and GM assistance would be $0 because trucks just out of warranty! Service was great with the recall items but acted like they didn’t want to be bothered with broken window, not happy and wouldn’t take any vehicle back for service. More
Fantastic! I was long overdue for an oil change and the associate at Hawk fitted me in right away! Upon arriving I was greeted and taken care of promptly by Angu I was long overdue for an oil change and the associate at Hawk fitted me in right away! Upon arriving I was greeted and taken care of promptly by Angus who is always friendly.I was in and out of the dealership within an hour which I appreciate. The man who came out to explaining everything that was done was so thorough and nice as well. Thank you guys for the amazing customer service.I also appreciate how they cleaned the outside of my car !! More

Great Service While in for an oil change on my 2017 Colorado I mentioned to Tim, my service writer that the truck was stumbling on acceleration. There's a TSB addressing this issue that requires replacing the transmission fluid with a different kind. Tim was able to schedule me for the next day to get this done - otherwise it would have been a weeks wait. I'm very grateful that Tim was able to get me in for service so quickly. Also I can't say enough good about the courtesy drivers, Rob and Alex that took me home and brought me back to the dealership. They are great! More

excellent service I needed service for my Subaru and wanted to find service closer to my work, my route, or home with hours that fit my schedule. The service was attentive, polite, respectful, and reasonable. The cost of the service and repairs were much less than I had anticipated. So far, I am very satisfied and am ready to take my Subaru back for any further maintenance or repair it might need in the future. I would highly recommend using Hawk for service. More
