However, the reason for my visit was to correct an oil leak caused by improper installation of an oil filter during a routine oil change. This resulted in the loss of considerable oil. I was lucky to notice the oil puddle where I usually perk the car, apparently before much more than a quart was lost, and your service people feel no damage was done. So far, so good. This does make it difficult to determine what sort of rating you deserve, but I guess I will stick with you a while longer. Keep trying. John Cryder More
