Time consuming Granted, I was a walk-in, but after they found the issue and told me they were starting on it they told me it would only take 20 mins. to fix. Good thing i was already off of work. Just dont quote people a certain time then take way longer. Even the new TVs they have set up to let you know your promised time of it being done was not correct. Was 15 mins after the promise time. More
