Airbag recall Recall notice stated it would take between 2-3 hours finish and I settled in at the lounge for my wait, when after an hour.......all done. Yay!!! Took too long no calls Took 1 month to change valve springs which in my opinion is a three day job. I understand you have to wait for the parts to come in and finish the car Took 1 month to change valve springs which in my opinion is a three day job. I understand you have to wait for the parts to come in and finish the cars ahead of mine.... but then why even take my car in??? Also I constantly called to check up on my car and was told I would get a call back never did between calls. To clearify I never got a call back and I called multiple times over a two week period. Wasn’t a long process My car was completed in a timely manner for an oil change and tire rotation. The car was ready in less than two hours. Thank you for all your work! Bad customer service / long wait time Arrived at 12:15pm for a 12:30pm appt. for a simple oil change. Promised car to be done within 1 hour. I waited over 2 hours. During the 2 hour and 1 Arrived at 12:15pm for a 12:30pm appt. for a simple oil change. Promised car to be done within 1 hour. I waited over 2 hours. During the 2 hour and 15 min wait I witnessed 4 employees bouncing a ball just outside the service bay, also a customer who waited approximately 7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged he was there. Offered a $25 discount on my next service with a request for a rating if 10 in customer service. Service is like this every time I have been there. More
