Pretty pleased with the service department. I know my service advisor was new And he didn’t know how to use the computer a lot. I had a lot of patience. Disappointed a bit. Scheduled my appointment for a Wednesday at 1:30 PM. When I dropped the car off, I was told it would be at least until Friday before someone could look at it. Plus, no inquiry whether I needed a loaner car. I didn't get the car back until the following Tuesday, and then, repairs were incomplete. The primary complaint was unresolved, and parts had to be ordered for another issue. I'm still waiting for the backordered parts.... and was inconvenienced (without a car) for almost a calendar week. Why didn't someone ask if I needed a loaner car?? I went to Hawk because they are close to my home, but I'll go back to Arnie Bauer in Matteson- they *always* have a loaner available when I come in for service. And why schedule a service appointment for a certain day if nobody is going to be available to look at the car for several days after? More
