I mostly deal with the service department. They are so friendly, and go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. I don’t know anything about cars. When there is a concern with my car, they have a way of explaining things to me in a way that I understand. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this. I think it was in March of 2023, I brought my car in, I don’t know why I brought it in. They said I had an oil leak. The car was going to be tied up for two weeks. I was going to receive a loaner car. I am 74, and I was frantic, because I know the cars are high-tech. When I picked it up, Luis was so kind. He took his time, and explained, what I needed to know about the car to drive. I had a headache for the first five days, every time I drove the car. The headaches went away after the 5th day. I was comfortable with the car the sixth day through the 13th. My car is a 2014 Subaru. I know I will be getting a new car, not this year; I’m not sure when. I’ll be getting a Cross———, (I don’t remember the next word). It’s the car that I drove for 13 days. Also, they didn’t charge me for what needed to be done with my car, because they honored my extended warranty, that was expired. I paid $100. Talk about excellent PR. When it’s time for me to get a new car, I plan on calling the sales manager. I’m going to ask him what sales person needs a sale. I hope, this will be okay. Also, I would like to mention how kind all the switchboard operators are, when I call. They are so easy going, and kind to speak to. And, for being a switchboard operator, they know an awful about your dealership. I love my 2014 Subaru. It’s an oldie and this is what I like. I am in no hurry to get a Cross———, but I will get one. Your service department, and the switchboard girls are miles above the best; they deserve a raise! Thank you, for the great service. More

I did enjoy the customer service, however I did not receive a car wash when car came in originally for an oil change. I did receive a loaner and returned the car with a full tank of gas.
