Another trip back for the truck shop, that really should not have been. My truck was returned to me, finally fully repaired, in what I would call record time after the last visit. I'm certain that service not have been. My truck was returned to me, finally fully repaired, in what I would call record time after the last visit. I'm certain that service manager Bill Webb and service advisor Chris Mullin will rectify the issues created by the former truck shop manager and his gross mismanagement. There is hope for those of us driving bigger trucks that require the services of that shop. I have faith once again that had been just about completely lost. More
Brought my vehicle in and already knew the issue because was diagnosed by my mechanic and told the service advisor the exact part needed and they said no problem. Didn't hear from anyone until 2 pm the following day and was told what the problem was, which I already knew, and part was on back order.
