I went in looking at for a new vehicle, when I was greeted by Chester, a very nice gentleman who started off welcoming me and my mother, asking what I was looking for after discussing options I would greeted by Chester, a very nice gentleman who started off welcoming me and my mother, asking what I was looking for after discussing options I would like to have and price range I was looking for, started to show me vehicles in my price range with the features I wanted my vehicle to have and many extras while staying in the price range discussed, after looking over the options presented to me, Chester told me to take my time in choosing while keeping an Appropriate distance let me and my family look over and discuss the matter, we settled on a brand new 2023 chevrolet trailblazer, I discussed with Chester that while I like the vehicle and the options it had I disliked the color, he without hesitation went back to see what other color options he had he came back and told me he had one that was still being unloaded from the truck, to give him a few minutes and brought it to the front for me to over look, once it came around and I looked it over, I feel in love, we negotiated my trade in and shook hands and the deal was made, he advised me due to the fact I wouldn't be able to take it home till the next day, I would leave for the day and come back the following day at noon, Chester did state that it would be his day off but he would come back into the dealer to help me complete everything, after everything was done, paperwork, show and tell etc I left in love with my new vehicle. I received a phone call 2 days after purchasing the new vehicle asking if I had any questions and concerns about my new vehicle. Which just put an extra reassurance in my heart knowing I wasn't just another sale I was a member over the hawk auto group family.
