i was told by two service employees that my car had a transmission leak & it was bad. i didn’t have any issues with my car leaking before i went so i was really upset. i had mentioned on the phone that t transmission leak & it was bad. i didn’t have any issues with my car leaking before i went so i was really upset. i had mentioned on the phone that there would be an issue if my car was leaking transmission fluid. when i got inside to pick up my car i was kinda worked up from being so upset & the manager brushed it off like it was no big deal and said there was no leak at all. even tho there was no leak like the manager said when i got there, i still think it was wrong for them to tell me twice that it was a bad leak and for the manager to be like no big deal. Kevin the service guy was very rude with me as I was trying to explain my issue about my vehicle. I have had my vehicle brought back to “Hawk Chevy” for the same thing 2 times now. As he smoked his vape trying to explain my issue about my vehicle. I have had my vehicle brought back to “Hawk Chevy” for the same thing 2 times now. As he smoked his vape in my face.
