The problem is not the Service department. The issue is that I purchased a car brand new that is now falling apart before my eyes only 2 years later. I have had a new transmission installed, Shifter work and already needed all spark plugs replaced. (I had this done elsewhere at the fraction of the price you were charging) I believe this is unacceptable for a car that is only 2 years old and very well maintained
