Dead Battery Bought a new battery in 2016 for my Crown Victoria . Just 3 months after the "Free Replacement" ends it dies completely , will not hold a charge, nothing . The paperwork says "free Tow " on dealer installed batteries , wrong ... all they would give me is some jump starting service.... Anyway it was a stormy evening and had to wait over 21/2 hours for a tow to the dealer ,just to find them CLOSED !, no place to leave the car so they could have it in the Morning , Nothing ... Had to have it towed back home at my expense . I had to take the day off to bring it to them after changing batteries with my other Crown Victoria .Brought it in , was not there long , after they tested the battery and found it defective. You think after buying a battery you would get more than 3 years out of it .It cost me $24.00 for a " New" Prorated one , Let's hope I get more than 3 years out of this one . More

Friendly & Attentive I have a bad back and was looking for a car I could easily slip in and out of. The salesman brought the cars to me so I could try them out. Once I found the right car, the sale itself was quite smooth. I never felt like i was being strong-armed, although a little sales pressure was applied which is to be expected. After all - they do need to sell cars. But I knew what I wanted to pay for the car and stuck to my guns and got it for my price - a fair price for both me and them. This was the second car I bought from Joe Cotton Ford. I bought my very first car from them 40 years ago and was very pleased with the experience back then as well. More

They incorrectly told me the work I was asking about wasn't covered under warranty until I produced the warranty myself. 2. Coincidentally, their initial diagnosis for the problem was to fix something that actually wasn't covered by warranty. 3. Finally they did the warranty work required to fix my problem after multiple trips to the shop and calls. The problem I had was straightforward, well known, easily reproducible. In the future I will avoid this place. More

Horrible Horrible experience on last purchase. Takes parts changers 4 or 5 times to finally fix my transmission issue but they decided to damage my truck. Sc Horrible experience on last purchase. Takes parts changers 4 or 5 times to finally fix my transmission issue but they decided to damage my truck. Scratches on every panel of my truck, they took a chunk out of my door handle , nice dent in bed of truck which screwed up pin stripping, screwed up pin stripe on drivers side and best part didn't put trans shield on correctly after they fixed the trans. Regret for even buying a 2nd truck from this dealer. Service is the biggest joke. Couldn't fix a flat tire without computer telling them tire is flat. Go to drop truck off today to hopefully get things fix and yeah a sedan will not work for a guy who buys a truck. Not missing camping trip since someone thought a sedan was a good idea. So once again trashed truck and wasted time. Moral of this if u want to fight every time to have vehicle serviced, want parts fallen off your vehicles and vehicle trashed go see this dealer. To avoid headaches and taken time off work to deal with issues find another dealer. Dave Malloy the so called service manager called today for update. They will not be fixing my truck even though they damaged it and to find another dealer for service. Butthurt service advisor cried that i was mean to him. Man up grab a tissue. More
