This last time was a little more memorable because Larry Roncolli the sales person I have dealt with on both occasions recognized me while I was waiting for my wife to pick me and was nice enough to come and talk with me for about ten minutes. Actually, I was flattered that he recognized and that he would take the time to come and talk. Larry was also very helpful in each of my experiences and I made it a point to ask for him when I was going to make my second purchase. I also bought my wife a used 2017 Escape and she too loves her car and the experiences she has had during her servicing experiences. Great service I have a 2010 Escape that had the sub frame brake from rust while driving. Got the car into the shop and they ordered all new parts for it. Got the I have a 2010 Escape that had the sub frame brake from rust while driving. Got the car into the shop and they ordered all new parts for it. Got the car back in a few days and it's now good for a few more years. This is a problem ford had but did not issue a recall so it cost me $2,200.00. Everything Joe Cotton Ford did was super. I am just disappointed that Ford knowing they had the problem did not do a better job of taking care of there customers. More
