Honestly the service center is fine but the sales department at Hawk Subaru is the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I priced out my trade in to purchase a 2022 Forester Wilderness and never received the follow up to pick up the car before it was gone. I've purchased 3 vehicles from Hawk and never will again.
