I called back to talk to Jeff Colbert and receptionist left message never got call back from him. It states that i have in red need a front end alignment and he never mentioned it to me but tired to talk left message never got call back from him. The service department at Hawk Subaru is great! I was dreading bringing my Ascent in for service because of how difficult warranty work was with our last vehicle (non-Subaru). The other dealership never dreading bringing my Ascent in for service because of how difficult warranty work was with our last vehicle (non-Subaru). The other dealership never seemed to take our concerns seriously and we would have to make several trips to the dealership to resolve any issues. This is not the case with Hawk Subaru. Justin took the time to listen and fully understand our concerns. We are very satisfied! More
