They forgot to reset my maintenance schedule in the cars computer so the alerts continued until I found how to do it in the manual. This was my first oil change after purchasing a car from the dealership. They said they would “throw in the first oil change”. They did - but still had to pay an additional $20 for tire rotation. Why wouldn’t they include that too? I’m sure they made way more than $20 in profit. More

My Impreza was in for the Starlink update and the coil recall. The service person was very friendly and explained everything well. In the past I received the checklist of what they checked. This time I did not receive the $49 free check list. I know I had a slow leak in one of my tires. It was at 29 psi and should be 32 psi (rear tire). I thought it would have been checked and filled. It was not, therefore I believe nothing was checked on the $49 free value list. I didn't care that it wasn't checked, but don't put that on the service ticket. I went home and filled the tire and a couple of days later I pulled the tire off the vehicle to find a nail in the tire so I patched it. All I expected from them was to make sure the pressure washer correct. More

Great service dept - honest, conscientious people and quality, efficient work. Have had a good experience in the 1 year I've been taking our Subaru there.
