When I bring my car in for maintenance, the paperwork is ready and the personnel are familiar with my car and its service needs. They make suggestions for additional maintenance I might want to consider. There is absolutely no pressure to agree to more work than originally requested. They offer a loaner car. The work is completed at the promised time. I receive text updates during the day and a call when my car is ready. The car wash is a definite plus. I love picking up a clean car. More

Seconds after driving into the service entrance, I was greeted by a service agent who was wearing gloves (bc of COVID) and maintained a respectable distance. They finished in less time than they “promised” which made me happy too. They didn’t try to oversell me anything, at the same time, they let me know what their suggestions were. Basic car service(oil change) For the price i will probably go back to doing my own oil changes. Last fall bought new tires for my subaru with the understanding (and being told by For the price i will probably go back to doing my own oil changes. Last fall bought new tires for my subaru with the understanding (and being told by the dealership) that tire rotations will be free when i come in if i need it. They now have ‘decided not to honor that policy’ and now give a roadside assistance program instead. Will probably never use the roadside assistance even with a flat. B-s in my book. Now its an oil change PLUS the cost of tire rotation. Had i known this ahead of time would have done tires near me to patronize local business instead. I should have known better. Still really love the car, just sad the direction all these car dealers are headed. More
