I'm very grateful that they wash the outside of my car but I thought that they vacuum the inside of the car as well. I had contacted the service department and asked for the car to be detailed on the insi but I thought that they vacuum the inside of the car as well. I had contacted the service department and asked for the car to be detailed on the inside as well and they had no problem paying for it but that did not happen. I have to call back yet again to schedule the factory defect of a hair or something underneath my top coat of paint which turns out to be on the passenger rear door versus the passenger front door. More

Recall notices need to be managed better.1. Light came Recall notices need to be managed better. 1. Light came on for air bag problem. Took it to dealer and cost $100 for repair. Second recall for air bag. Went to dealer and it was okay but while there said there was a recall for rear coil springs. 3. I had 2 Toyota prius (for 8 years) and never had a recall. Not sure I'd buy Subaru again. More
