Great experience I have been going all the way to Naperville (30 miles further than I need to) because of their awesome service. I stopped using Hawk Joliet because I I have been going all the way to Naperville (30 miles further than I need to) because of their awesome service. I stopped using Hawk Joliet because I hated the Mazda combination service department. I gave this new service department a try and was extremely pleased to find the Subaru reputation back in action there. He is able to listen to my concerns and asks questions to make sure he is understanding my issues clea Justin Kielma is an excellent service adviser. I had to have my windshield replaced and there was a problem with the connection with the washer fluid and windshield wiper. Very easy and was nice to drive inside The process was easy, great to drive right inside, especially in bad weather. The service guy was very friendly and easy to work with. My only suggestion would be to let people know while on the phone or in email that you can pull up to the glass garage door and someone will open to let you in. I parked and wasn’t sure if I should pull up to the the Door, I eventually pulled up to door and was getting out of my car to walk in when the door opened, then asked if I should pull in.
