Buying our new 2013 Malibu was a wonderful experience. Mark was always more than willing to answer any questions that we had and was very patient with us. With us looking at the new model 2013 Malibu there was not as much familiarity of the vehicle but if Mark didn't know something that I questioned about,he went out of his way to find the information out for us. If he was busy with another customer when we stopped in there was always another helpful staff member to come to our aide until Mark was available. Tabitha, in the business office, was also very friendly and easy to work with. All office staff are friendly and offer help without you have to wander and ask. Thank you so much Hawkins!!! Tabitha Bicknase got me a decent loan rate from Ally (much better than what my bank was offering me) and Mark Hawkins made a very fair offer on my trade-in. And they were able to make the sale happen easily without any hiccups. All in all, Hawkins Chevrolet is a class act! I'll definitely be back. More
