I am more than pleased with the Hawkins experience I recieved! After the purchase of my 2013 Avalanche I came back 2 wks later and purchased an Equinox. Dale Splinter was great and took care of all my n recieved! After the purchase of my 2013 Avalanche I came back 2 wks later and purchased an Equinox. Everyone at Hawkins was very friendly and helpful. We have dealt with Troy Sunken for all of our purchases at Hawkins-there have been a few!! I was very impressed with Troy as an auto dealer. He greeted us in the car lot, was very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Earlier in the day I went to a dealer that just didn't seem interested in sel greeted us in the car lot, was very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Earlier in the day I went to a dealer that just didn't seem interested in selling me a car so I left without even test driving anything. Troy seemed interested in what I was looking for and what I didn't want in a new car. We test drove only one car. I then said I was going to Mankato to look. He said he would offer me a great deal and keeping business local made owning a car and getting it serviced a lot more convenient. I spent the rest of the day test driving in Mankato. What a let down. The salesmen/women were pushy and even if I said I didn't like a certain car, they still tried to push it on me. In the end, I came back to Hawkins and bought the car I had test drove earlier in the week. The price was good and by going online to their site, I was able to download and print a $200 coupon to be used for the purchase of my car. More
